Job description:
Preparation for explosions:
- Drilling of holes at three levels 45, 120 and 210 metres
- Protection of the explosion openings against flying grit with three layers of fleece matting and two layers of wire netting
- Time lapse of three seconds between the upper and the two lower explosion levels to facilitate the correct angle of fall
Material preparation:
- Use of heavy plant crusher to prepare the rubble
- Preparation and recycling of the rubble in grit size 0-63 millimetres and recycling as backfilling material for the site
Special factors:
- The evacuation of four dwellings in Lippendorf for the creation of a safety zone
- Closing of the main road B71 by the police
- Cordoning-off of woodland areas by the company THW Borna
