Job description:
Gutting and complete demolition of buildings including back filling, deconstruction of asbestos cement roofing, disposal of non re-usable demolition material, disposal of contaminated earth and building rubble, statical and constructional safeguarding of the remaining gable walls.
Demolition and deconstruction quantities:
- Building rubble: 221,000 cubic metres
- Asbestos cement: 1,550 square metres
- Timber: 900 cubic metres
- Roofing felt: 15,540 square metres
- Clearance and disposal of industrial debris: 845 cubic metres
- Recycling of scrap steel:1,140 tons
- Contaminated earth: 2,500 tons
- Contaminated rubble: 4,400 tons
